I came to see you on October 27, 2015 to quit smoking. I want to let you know I haven’t smoked since I left your doors that day 6 months ago. I still have my pack of cigarettes in my car and haven’t touched them. I didn’t think it would be possible since I started smoking in my early teens! I smoked a pack a day for 35 years and 2 packs a day for the last 2 years. I tried many methods of quitting smoking on my own. I have used many smoking cessation products and 2 prescribed drugs. Roman’s method is frank and straightforward. There is no “hocus pocus” here just sound common sense. It was not until I came across Roman’s hypnotherapy technique that I finally stopped smoking.
My husband Ray had been a smoker since he was about 16, and is currently 48. When we went to see Roman, he was probably smoking close to a pack a day. I foolishly started at about 20, and am now 45. Ray woke up every day coughing, and was prone to bronchitis several times a year. The doctors were telling him for years, enough was enough. When we had an opportunity to try hypnosis, we went for it. We were both optimistic, but honestly a wee bit skeptical. We just passed a 2 month milestone of quitting, and have put it behind us. I sincerely thank Roman and his training for helping our health and our bank accounts. I am now considering other aspects in my life that I know Roman could help me with. I didn’t have any preconceived ideas when I made my appointment for my session to quit smoking. I had an open mind and said to myself if I am able to quit, I’ll be happy and so will my family. If I don’t, then I don’t. I had smoked since i was eighteen and was a smoker for half of my life. I wanted to try this method since others didn’t work and I didn’t feel strong enough to quit by myself. After my session with Roman, I figured I would want a smoke. I even had some left in my vehicle. To my surprise, the trigger to smoke in my vehicle didn’t happen. I didn’t crave when I grabbed that morning coffee or during my breaks at work! I realized I no longer had that deep, inner craving that always drove me to have another smoke. I am very happy to say that I haven’t picked up a cigarette since I went to MindLife and I was VERY addicted to smoking with no real will power to quit. With Roman’s help I was able to conquer my bad habit, QUIT SMOKING and start living a longer, healthier and happier life!
Just a quick update since my quit date last Sunday – well, I can honestly say that it’s been great. I feel like I have officially quit smoking! Since my last session with you I have literally had only 3 cravings and was able to work through them very easily using the breathing methods you gave.

Hi Roman. I just wanted to let you know that I’m celebrating my six months of no smoking and I can’t imagine ever starting up that disgusting habit again! I’m able to party with smokers now quite easily and I very rarely even get the slightest urge to smoke. I have a few friends who have now followed my lead by drastically reducing their smoking. Thanks for providing me with the tools I needed to quit my 15 year smoking habit.

Hi Roman I just wanted to message you to thank you. My husband and I attended the Stop Smoking Hypnosis Group on May 4th. My life has been wonderful since then. I admit to having been somewhat apprehensive and skeptical prior to having a session with Roman. His demeanor and confidence in the benefits of hypnotherapy motivated me to give it a shot. I attribute my peace of mind and success during exams and interviews to these sessions with Roman.
It’s fine to think that you are going perform a certain task well, but it is another thing to know that you are going to perform well. Roman’s hypnotherapy sessions helped me to realize, to know, that I had all the skills necessary to perform well on the LSAT. At some point during the LSAT I became stressed (which can be detrimental on this test), and I literally stopped and thought to myself, “I have the skills I need to do well on this.This is not a big deal.” This is the type of confidence I had after seeing Roman, and it paid off.
I have to say that overall I am way more relaxed. If I feel myself tensing in my shoulders etc, I immediately think about breathing and relaxing. Same thing at night. I totally relax my body and can “feel” the difference. I am sleeping really well so what a great change! Hypnosis works…as I keep telling my friends and family.

Hi Roman I had a great time in Cuba but a fabulous time in Mexico because I wasn’t uncomfortable or freaked out by birds at all. I even made a point of asking the owner of a bar to let me meet his parrot, Pato. I petted him & I sat on the beach with my friend (the pigeon feeder) and had a bunch milling around our feet.
